As of 4:30am CST, workflow performance has been restored. A fault occured in the web UI tier of the platform that caused some users on NA11 to receive Reference Error ID messages when access the Process Monitor and Workflow Inbox. A root cause investigation is underway to determine how to mitigate similar incidents in the future.

Operations is investigating reports of Workflow degradation on NA11. Users have reported intermittent reference id errors when attempted to access Workflow items via the Process Monitor or system notification links.
