NA11 |  Workflow Performance Degradation [RESOLVED]

As of 4:30am CST, workflow performance has been restored. A fault occured in the web UI tier of the platform that caused some users on NA11 to receive Reference Error ID messages when access the Process Monitor and Workflow Inbox.  A root cause investigation is underway to determine how to mitigate similar incidents in the future.

Operations is investigating reports of Workflow degradation on NA11. Users have reported intermittent reference id errors when attempted to access Workflow items via the Process Monitor or system notification links. Work is currently underway to restore Workflow back to good health as quickly as possible. Additional updates will be posted as details become available. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

NA11 |  Performance Degradation

February 2, 2017, 14:55 CST - Intermittent issues exist for a segment of NA11 customers when connecting to documents residing in our storage tier.. During this time, customers may experience a degradation in the ability to upload or download documents via workflow. Operations is aware and actively working to move this repository to a more resilient storage environment.

Alert: TLS Encryption Protocol Standards Changing - March 2017

Please note that on March 10, 2017, SpringCM will disable the TLS 1.0 encryption protocol.  After we disable TLS 1.0, any inbound or outbound connection with SpringCM will need to use the TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 encryption protocol.

SpringCM Platform Email Domain Change Scheduled for January 2017

Please note, emails sent from SpringCM's platform will be changing on January 20, 2017.  This means the "from" email address for actions like "Send SpringCM Email" or "Share Link", etc. 

The updated emails are meant to improve email deliverability, as well as to enact stronger security measures.
