NA11 UAT Public IP Subnet Change - Brief Inaccessibility to UAT

On Friday, August 20th, 2021 at 10pm CDT the DocuSign CLM Technology Team will be changing all customer facing IP addresses for the NA11 UAT environment.

As part of this change we will be migrating the NA11 UAT environment over to DocuSign’s core backbone for internet access on August 20th between 10pm and midnight. During this period there will be a brief window of inaccessibility to NA11 UAT lasting for about 3-5mins. The change involves updating all customer facing IP addresses for UAT from 69.25.244.0/24 to 209.112.106.0/24.

[RESOLVED] UAT/Demo | Performance Degradation

[RESOLVED June 22, 2021 11:10 CDT] The DocuSign CLM Technology team has resolved the performance degradation issue on the UAT/Demo instances.  This incident started at 13:37 UTC 06/22/2021 and resolved at 15:08 UTC 06/22/2021.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will be posting a Root Cause Analysis to this site within 48 hours.

[UPDATED June 22, 2021 09:50 CDT] The DocuSign CLM Technology team has isolated the performance degradation issue on the UAT/Demo instances.  While performance has increased substantially from when this incident first occurred, some customers may still experience some latency when accessing the UAT/Demo environment.
