On Saturday, September 28th from 8am - 7pm CST, the DocuSign/SpringCM Support Center (located at https://support.docusign.com/en/acct1login) will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance and upgrades. During this time the following functionalities will be unavailable:
- Customer Login Access
- Online Case Submission And Management
- Accessing and Searching for Knowledge Content (Articles, Guides and Videos)
We expect all Support related functionalities to return by 7pm CST. There will be no impact to the SpringCM platform at large or associated features.
