[RESOLVED] Jan 31, 2020 16:47 CST  The SpringCM Technology team resolved a service availability issue on the backend of the EU11 instance.  The issue lasted from approximately 1/31/20 at 10:09 to 10:47 CST. 

During this time, customers may have experienced inability to access the application and delays in processing workflow actions. We apologize for the inconvenience.

[RESOLVED] UAT Service Outage

[RESOLVED] June 10, 2019 11:56 AM CST:  The SpringCM Technology Team has isolated and repaired the service availability issue on the UAT instance.  The problem began at approximately 11:18AM CST and was resolved by 11:56AM CST.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will be providing a root cause analysis of the issue in a near future.
