During this time customers on the UAT instance may experience moments of brief inaccessibility to their account. Additionally, customers on the UAT instance may experience reporting and reporting services to be unavailable during the maintenance window.

[RESOLVED] UAT | Workflow Failures and Designer Errors

[RESOLVED, October 14, 2020 10:00AM CST] - The DocuSign/SpringCM Technology team has resolved the bug impacting customer workflows on the UAT instance.  The problem began with the 20.8 Product Release to UAT yesterday evening and was resolved at 09:55AM CST.  

We will post a root cause analysis (RCA) of this issue in the coming days once the investigation has been completed.

[RESOLVED May 16, 2020 05:47 CDT] -The DocuSign CLM/SpringCM Technology team has resolved the service availability issue on the EU11/EU21 instances. The problem began at 00:00 CDT and was resolved at 05:47 CDT.

The intermittent slowness in UAT has been reduced but is not currently completely resolved.  Please check the status of trust.springcm.com frequently for updates regarding this issue.
