[UPDATE December 5, 2018 at 11:46 AM CDT]- The SpringCM Technology Team has resolved the performance degradation issue on the UAT instance. The problem began at 10:55 AM CDT and was resolved as of 11:45 AM CDT.

Dec 5, 2018 11:13:10 AM -  The SpringCM Technology team is working to fix a performance/ service availability issue on the UAT instance. During this time, customers may experience slowness or inability to access UAT.

[RESOLVED] UAT | Intermittent performance degradation

Jan 9, 2018, 15:05 CST - The problem began on 1/2/18 at approximately 05:00 CDT and was resolved on 1/8/18 at approximately 23:00 CDT. It was a fault in multiple nodes which affected the database of the UAT NA11 instance (Production was not impacted).  The SpringCM Technology team worked to add more resources and resolve the issue.  Please send any further issues to support@springcm.com . Jan 5, 2018, 15:20 CST - The SpringCM Technology team is continuing to work towards a permanent solution for the performance degradation issue on UAT NA11 instance.  At present time customers may continue to experience workflow slowness, intermittent page errors, and general performance issues on UAT.

Jan 4, 2018, 10:10 CST - The SpringCM Technology team is continuing to work towards a permanent solution for the performance degradation issue on UAT NA11 instance.  At present time customers may continue to experience workflow slowness, intermittent page errors, and general performance issues on UAT.

Jan 3, 2018 - 15:30 CST - The SpringCM Technology team has addressed the performance degradation issue on the UAT NA11 instance. We will continue to monitor the database and provide updates as needed.
