[RESOLVED June 22, 2021 11:10 CDT] The DocuSign CLM Technology team has resolved the performance degradation issue on the UAT/Demo instances.  This incident started at 13:37 UTC 06/22/2021 and resolved at 15:08 UTC 06/22/2021.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will be posting a Root Cause Analysis to this site within 48 hours.

[UPDATED June 22, 2021 09:50 CDT] The DocuSign CLM Technology team has isolated the performance degradation issue on the UAT/Demo instances.  While performance has increased substantially from when this incident first occurred, some customers may still experience some latency when accessing the UAT/Demo environment.

[RESOLVED] The  DocuSign CLM/SpringCM Technology Team has resolved a performance degradation issue on the NA11 instance. The problem began at 18:24 UTC and was resolved as of 19:44 UTC.  During this window customers on NA11 may have experienced delayed workflow starts, and latency in Doc Launcher and Document Preview.

[RESOLVED] UAT | Intermittent performance degradation

Jan 9, 2018, 15:05 CST - The problem began on 1/2/18 at approximately 05:00 CDT and was resolved on 1/8/18 at approximately 23:00 CDT. It was a fault in multiple nodes which affected the database of the UAT NA11 instance (Production was not impacted).  The SpringCM Technology team worked to add more resources and resolve the issue.  Please send any further issues to support@springcm.com .
