[RESOLVED] UAT | Intermittent performance degradation

Jan 9, 2018, 15:05 CST - The problem began on 1/2/18 at approximately 05:00 CDT and was resolved on 1/8/18 at approximately 23:00 CDT. It was a fault in multiple nodes which affected the database of the UAT NA11 instance (Production was not impacted).  The SpringCM Technology team worked to add more resources and resolve the issue.  Please send any further issues to support@springcm.com . Thank you for your patience.

Jan 5, 2018, 15:20 CST - The SpringCM Technology team is continuing to work towards a permanent solution for the performance degradation issue on UAT NA11 instance.  At present time customers may continue to experience workflow slowness, intermittent page errors, and general performance issues on UAT.

Jan 4, 2018, 10:10 CST - The SpringCM Technology team is continuing to work towards a permanent solution for the performance degradation issue on UAT NA11 instance.  At present time customers may continue to experience workflow slowness, intermittent page errors, and general performance issues on UAT.
