[UPDATE November 29 at 16:30 CST]- The SpringCM Technology Team has resolved the performance degradation issue on the NA21 instance. The problem began at 10:00 AM CDT and was resolved as of 3:03 PM CDT.  

Available diagnostic data indicates the cause to be related to a memory resource contention issue on the servers responsible for workflow processing. The contention issue affected performance of workflows on NA21 during this period. Our technology team has addressed the cause of the contention to ensure that this will not happen again.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

With tonight’s October Release deployment, customers sending documents for electronic signature will notice the new preview experience has now been enabled.

SpringCM's October Release will be deployed to the Production environment this evening, Friday, October 19th. As a result, there will be a brief service interruption tonight between 9PM to Midnight US Central Time.

Brief reminder that SpringCM will deploy the October Release to the UAT environment tonight, Thursday, October 4, between 8:00 - 11:00PM U.S. Central Time. During this time, SpringCM UAT will be unavailable.

SpringCM has scheduled the following upcoming maintenance event for its solutions environment in UAT and Production. During the maintenance window, customers may lose access to electronic forms.
